These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by CS Outdoors LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are separate from our SMS Privacy Policy.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier, network issues, or factors outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Outdoors LLC and its service providers disclaim liability for damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in the program. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS, email, or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
